Ingredients:
¼ cup | Extra-virgin Olive Oil |
8 oz | Spaghetti |
½ lb | Cooked Shrimp |
½ pt | Grape Tomatoes, chopped |
2 | Garlic Cloves, minced |
1 tsp | Chopped Rosemary |
1 tsp | Crushed Red Pepper |
Salt & Pepper, to taste | |
Directions:
Cook the spaghetti according to package, reserve ½ cup of the cooking water. In a large skillet, combine the olive oil, shrimp, tomatoes, garlic and rosemary. Allow to cook for about two minutes, then add the spaghetti and reserved cooking water. Cook over high heat, allowing the tomatoes to break down slightly and the sauce has thickened. Remove from heat and serve.
