Bob Marley’s family reunited for their first photo shoot in over ten years. The shoot which was organized by GQ Style for their debut issue was published last week and features some of Marley’s sons, daughters and grandsons.
The Marleys who were styled in fashion’s finest threads wore Gucci, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry, and Ralph Lauren along with
several other top name brands.
Firstborn, Ziggy Marley told GQ Style that he did not feel pressured by his role as the first son of Bob.
“This is a family. Whatever we are is the same way we grow up—nothing has changed, really. Each individual role is important.” Ziggy said he sees himself less as a patriarch than as a “voice of reason.
According to Ziggy, there's a clear “hierarchy of the elders, the adults, which is Cedella, me, and Sharon (the oldest).
Cedella, who spearheads Tuff Gong enterprises and cannabis brand Marley Natural, among other projects confirmed her position as the main driving force behind the Marley’s businesses.
“Whatever business ventures we get into, I'm the one who has to deal with whoever we partner with on a day-to-day basis,” she explained.
Both Damian and Ziggy will be releasing albums later this year and spoke to GQ about their inspirations musically.

Stephen is also planning to release his own album, Revelation Part II: The Fruit of Life this summer.
Son of Cedella, Skip Marley was also featured in the article and his mother spoke of the moment the family realized his musical talent at a concert.
“When he got onstage for a chorus of “One Love, it was like a jaw-drop moment,” said the doting mother.
A separate article was also done on Bob’s style and swanky fashion when he was alive.
