Ingredients
- Fish – 500g (sliced into long thin finger like pieces)
- Ginger,Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Vinegar – 1/2 tbsp
- Lime juice – Half a lemon
- Egg White – 1 no(beaten)
- Pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
- Oil – For frying
- Salt – As required
Preparation
- For preparing fish finger fry, first coat the fish pieces with ginger garlic paste and required salt.
- Keep this aside for 10 minutes.
- Next, dip these fish pieces in a mixture of vinegar and lime juice. Marinate the fish pieces for 2 hours.
- Mix the pepper powder in the beaten egg.
- Dip the marinated fish pieces in the egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the fish fingers to a golden brown color.

- Serve hot with a Chilli sauce.
