Fish Finger Recipe


Ingredients

  • Fish – 500g (sliced into long thin finger like pieces)
  • Ginger,Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 1/2 tbsp
  • Lime juice – Half a lemon
  • Egg White – 1 no(beaten)
  • Pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
  • Oil – For frying
  • Salt – As required
Preparation  
  1. For preparing fish finger fry, first coat the fish pieces with ginger garlic paste and required salt.
  2. Keep this aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Next, dip these fish pieces in a mixture of vinegar and lime juice. Marinate the fish pieces for 2 hours.
  4. Mix the pepper powder in the beaten egg.
  5. Dip the marinated fish pieces in the egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the fish fingers to a golden brown color.
  7. Your Hot & Delicious Fish finger Recipe is now ready to be served
  8. Serve hot with a Chilli sauce.
