Nobody's perfect, not even the beloved Adele.
As the "Hello" singer continues her world tour in support of her latest album 25, fans received a minor surprise in concert this week.
While Adele was singing one of her favorite songs, she experienced a bit of a brain-fart for lack of a better word. "S--t, wrong words," she
was overheard saying to the crowd before bursting into laughter. "S--t, s--t, s--t. Should I sing the right words? Sorry."
As you likely could have guessed, fans had no hard feelings with the human mistake. In fact, you could hear hundreds of audience members laughing and cheering as Adele carried on like a pro.
With some digging, we've learned that this isn't the first time the Grammy winner has made a minor error while performing. Earlier this month, Adele stopped her performance in Manchester because she didn't know "the f--king words" to a song. When the lights turned on, some audience members delivered a standing ovation at the innocent mistake.
To be fair, how can you be mad at a performer who recently twerked on stage and helped fans get engaged live in concert. Oh yes, and there's also that incredible voice when performing huge hits including "Someone Like You" and "Chasing Pavements."
Lucky for fans in the states, Adele is about to kick off the North American portion of her tour this July. Spoiler alert: Tickets are pretty hard to come by.
Until then, at least we have her new music video for "Send My Love (To Your New Lover)" available for us to watch again and again.
